Israel

Israel, officially the State of Israel, is a country in the Middle East, located on the southeastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. It occupies a land area of 22,072 square kilometers (8,522 sq mi), and shares land borders with Lebanon to the north, Syria to the northeast, Jordan to the east, Egypt to the southwest, and the Gaza Strip to the southwest. Geography
